The Tennis Section has 3 outdoor tarmac courts equipped with floodlights so that the courts are in use all year round.
Use of the courts is free to members except that use of the floodlights is charged at £4.50 per hour per court.
Adult Teams: We have a Mens, a Womens, and a Mixed team playing in the South-West Essex leagues during the summer, and 2 Mixed teams in the winter.
We also have a Junior team playing league tennis.
There is a club tournament every year open to all club members with mens, womens, veterans (over 45), juniors (under 18), and colts (under 16) singles, and mens, womens and mixed doubles competitions.
As well as social tennis, various non-tennis related activities are organised fairly regularly.

If you think you may like to try us out, why not come along to a Social Session? You are welcome to come along to 2 or 3 social sessions to help you decide if you would like to join our club. The Saturday social session from 2.00 to 4.00 pm is suitable for all standards from beginners up, while the Sunday (come after 11am) and Thursday (after 7.00pm) sessions are suitable for intermediate / advanced players.
